Recently, at the Zhangjiajie Sangzhi Heping Road Telecom Branch, a mother anxiously came seeking help, saying her child had lost his smartwatch. Staff member Wu Xiaohong quickly stepped forward to calm her down. Drawing on her extensive experience, she skillfully used the watch’s app-based location feature and successfully located the device.
Considering that the mother works away from home for long periods and is not familiar with app operations, Wu Xiaohong patiently guided her step by step—from checking the location and making voice calls to setting up emergency contacts—explaining each function in detail until the mother felt confident using it.
This thoughtful act deeply moved the mother and left a lasting impression of warmth and care.
This is just a glimpse of Hunan Telecom's "Love Wing Station" public service initiative. Since June, "Love Wing Stations" across Hunan have been actively carrying out diverse public welfare activities, spreading warmth and effectively helping residents solve their daily problems.

The service halls have set up dedicated care zones equipped with tea, bottled water, and heatstroke prevention medications. They also offer complimentary WiFi and mobile phone charging services, providing a refreshing retreat for outdoor workers such as sanitation workers and delivery couriers, as well as customers visiting the store.
In addition, China Telecom Hunan Company has launched and is actively advancing the "Ten Heartwarming Service Initiatives in Hunan Telecom," which include initiatives such as "Love Support for Exams," digital and intelligent services, and network signal enhancement— all relying on the "Love Wing Stations" this year.
