According to channel sources, the Meizu 22 series of new phones is set to be launched this month, with the Meizu 22 particularly noteworthy. This phone is an all-new small-size model designed to compete directly with the Apple iPhone. Previously, Star Era Meizu had clearly stated during communications with the media that the Meizu 22 series flagship phones would be released in the summer.

Certification information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) shows that the Meizu 22 has obtained all three necessary certificates and has the model number M582Q. This indicates that it meets all the requirements for market release and is ready for sale.

It is reported that the Meizu 22 is a small-screen flagship that places a strong emphasis on AI capabilities. The device has a width of 71mm, offering excellent one-handed operability, with the thumb able to reach almost all areas across the screen width.

In terms of specifications, the Meizu 22 adopts the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform, features an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and is equipped with a periscope telephoto lens. Regarding battery capacity, certification information from the MIIT indicates a 5370mAh battery, although it is expected to be marketed as 5500mAh.

From these specs, the Meizu 22 is clearly positioned as a high-performance small-screen flagship, delivering strong performance in imaging, processing power, and ergonomics.
