Xiaomi's stock price surged 4% intraday, making Lei Jun temporarily China's richest person; Shares now down over 7%

On February 27, Xiaomi's stock price rose by more than 4% at one point, reaching a new historical high. This surge temporarily made Lei Jun, the founder of Xiaomi, surpass Zhong Shanshan, the founder of Nongfu Spring, in wealth, making him China's new richest person.

As of the time of this report, Xiaomi Group is quoted at HKD 52.2 per share, down 7.28%.

Xiaomi Official Announcement: Xiaomi 15 Ultra and Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will be officially launched at 7 PM tonight (February 27). Among them, the pre-sale price of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is set at 814,900 RMB. According to official data, within 10 minutes of opening pre-sales, the number of small orders exceeded 3,680 units.

On February 26, Lei Jun posted that there is a 90% confidence level in achieving the annual sales target of 10,000 units for the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra.
